Traditional Chinese Medicine
A medical system that has been used for thousands of years to prevent, diagnose, and treat disease. It is based on the belief that qi (the body's vital energy) flows along meridians (channels) in the body and keeps a person’s spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health in balance. Traditional Chinese medicine aims to restore the body’s balance and harmony between the natural opposing forces of yin and yang, which can block qi and cause disease. Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment may include: acupuncture, dietary changes, herbal therapy, meditation, physical exercise, and massage.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
FST™ is a unique system of assisted stretching that targets fascia and joints. Certified therapists use movement through a series of stretches to unlock tension in the deepest layers of tissues. The aim is to unravel restrictions in the fascia, relax the hold the nervous system has on the tissue, and open up the joint space by stretching the fascia throughout the body.

Custom-Made Foot Orthotics
Custom-made foot orthoses (orthotics) are medical insoles worn inside footwear. They are designed and manufactured based on a specific individual’s feet and footwear in order to address a need determined during a clinical assessment by a qualified footcare professional.
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic Ultrasound is the use of energy from sound waves to invoke the healing process of injured tissues, thus speeding up the rate of healing & enhance the quality of the repair of the cellular tissues.

Low Level Laser Therapy
Low level laser therapy (LLLT) is used by practitioners to treat various musculoskeletal conditions. LLLT is a non-invasive light source treatment that generates a single wavelength of light, and in doing so, emits no heat, sound, or vibration.
LLLT is believed to affect the function of connective tissue cells (fibroblasts), accelerate connective tissue repair, and act as an anti-inflammatory agent. Lasers with different wavelengths, varying from 632 to 904 nm, are used in the treatment of various musculoskeletal disorders.
Medical Compression Socks
Compression stockings, also known as compression socks, are specially made socks that fit tighter than normal so they gently squeeze your legs. Wearing them helps improve your blood flow and reduces pain and swelling in your legs. They can also lower your chances of getting deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a kind of blood clot, and help with other circulatory problems.
