Natalie Chan is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 2018 from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, while minoring in Psychology. In 2020, Natalie graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy.
Natalie ensures she is providing a client-centred and holistic approach to care, customizing treatment to each client’s needs. She uses various manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, and individualized therapeutic exercises to assist her patients in reaching their goals. Natalie looks forward to employing these tools to help her patients live happy and healthy lifestyles.

Cyrena Villani
Massage Therapist
Cyrena Villani attended Bryan college and graduated with honours and in 2017 became a registered massage therapist in good standing with the CMTO. Cyrena specializes in swedish massage with techniques from many different modalities such as active release technique (ART), lymphatic drainage, and cupping. She works with patients to make sure that massage is not only an effective treatment but a comfortable experience, by tailoring each treatment to each unique patient.

Haiyan (Lucy) Li

Lucy (Haiyan) Li has over 20 years of clinical practice experience, specializing in various occupational strains, sports injuries, car accidents, work-related injuries, rehabilitation, as well as pediatrics, gynecology and andrology. Lucy will typically combine acupuncture with massage therapy techniques to treat difficult conditions with great efficacy and results. She practices with a tuina technique of massage, but can also use a traditional Swedish approach with hot stones to provide more of a relaxing massage for her clients.
Main conditions and treatments include: various types of headaches, migraines, tinnitus, sleep disorders, frozen shoulder, shoulder and neck pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golf elbow, knee pain, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, ADHD in children, adolescent anxiety, depression, pseudomyopia in children, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease to name a few.
